Full Terms & Booking Conditions
We take great care with all the arrangements concerning your holiday and with the contents of our website, although we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information obtained from third party websites. We ask that you read the following conditions carefully before returning the completed booking form. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. PAYMENT: To secure your booking we require a signed booking form plus a deposit of £100 per person per week. Deposits can either be made by direct bank transfer or by cheque made payable to "Le Praz Ski". If you are taking sole occupancy of the chalet then the required deposit will be equal to the number of beds in the chalet or number of guests in your party x £100 (whichever is the greater number). The total balance of the holiday is due no later than ten weeks prior to the arrival date. If payment is not received within this period the booking may be treated as cancelled and we reserve the right to retain the deposits which have been paid. If you are booking within ten weeks of the arrival date the full amount must be paid at the time of returning the booking form, either by bank transfer or by debit card over the telephone. Please note that bank transfer is our preferred method of payment and details can be obtained from our UK office.
2. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: The following cancellation charges apply once notice of cancellation has been received in writing.

3. CANCELLATION BY LE PRAZ SKI: In the unlikely event we have to cancel your holiday, all monies will be refunded.
4. DAMAGE: Any damage to the accommodation or any property by the client, whether accidental or deliberate, must be paid for in the resort.
5. INFANTS: Infants are defined as being under the age of two years on the date of return. Infants staying in their parents room are charged at £75 per week. A child seat will be provided for the transfer and a travel cot in the room.
6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Le Praz Ski accepts no liability for loss, delay in transit or damage to personal belongings. Where third parties are involved, providing transport or any other services, reference must be made to their respective terms and conditions, which apply to their obligations and liabilities. Le Praz Ski cannot under any circumstances be responsible for acts or commissions of any third party.
8. CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE: Le Praz Ski do not organise flights or train travel although we provide return airport (Geneva, Chambery and Lyon) / rail station (Moutiers) transfers. Le Praz Ski have no part in the contract between you and the charterer, airline or train company. Where child seats/boosters are required for the transfer these will be provided.
9. INSURANCE: You are responsible for ensuring that you are covered by a suitable current Winter Sports insurance policy.
10. REPLACEMENT: These Full Terms & Booking Conditions replace any previous version of the Full Terms & Booking Conditions.
